- A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service total.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund.
- Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
- No extra guests unless previously discussed — this helps maintain a calm, focused environment.
- Hair should be freshly washed and detangled before your appointment unless a wash service is booked.
